Hi many of you might be getting problems on running mts data card aka mblaze on windows 8.
I had it when i installed windows 8 and saw some threads on forums with this question.
You might be getting errors like: "failed to install modem"
So here is a simple solution:
Just follow the step to use in windows 8.
1. Unplug your device.
2. Uninstall previous installations.
3. Plug your device again and browse to the folder containing setup.
4. Right Click > Compatibility > Compatibility mode.
5. Check the box ” Run this program in compatibility mode for: ”
6. Select “windows 7″ in the dropdown.
7. Apply > ok.
8. Install the software as usual.
Voila, your mblaze will definitely work.

ReplyDeleteI did above setting still its not working for windows 8.
Just go to control panel and select device and printer then right click on the desire modern and eject ..then it will connect automatically and works properly..

DeleteI have got new problem.. my device was working properly from last 2 months but from last 2-3 its not working.. it shows that it is connected to my laptop but there is no internet access.. pls tell something to resolve
